Cesar A. Millan is the founder of Millan Law Firm, a bilingual English- and Spanish-speaking practice supported by an experienced attorney team serving clients from offices in St. Louis, Missouri, and Collinsville, Illinois. Since establishing his firm in 2008, he has led his law staff in representing individuals and families in a range of legal matters, including immigration, personal injury, criminal defense, divorce and family law, traffic offenses, workers’ compensation, and civil litigation. As a United States Army officer and two-tour Iraq War veteran, Cesar brings discipline, determination, and a strong sense of duty to every client represented by Millan Law. Known for his direct, hardworking approach and accessibility to clients, he is dedicated to helping people understand their rights, responsibilities, and legal options. A proud husband and father of three, Cesar is deeply committed to his family, his country, and the communities his firm serves.
